ELECTRICIAN
- BOLANGIR, ODISHA
- Experience: 5 Years
- ITI Diploma/Polytechnic in Electrical.
- Responsible for all electrical instruments/equipments/motors/panel’s service. Maintains daily electrical service, fuel/power consumption and stock records.
- Attend all the electrical breakdown maintenance and ensure minimum breakdown-time and frequency.
- Electrical wiring for telecom, lighting, electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipments for other systems.
- Review blueprints to understand wiring placements, labels system components, identify faults and troubleshoots electrical system failures.
SALES EXECUTIVE
- CUTTACK, ODISHA
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets for assigned products or territories.

DRYER OPERATOR

- 05 Years of Experience in Egg/Dairy Processing industry as a dryer operator.
- Responsible for Spray dryer operation, monitoring of PRP/OPRP/CCP, cleaning (CIP/COP) & maintenance.
- Assist in repair and maintenance of dryer & Sifter equipment/instruments.
- Keeps/maintains the dryer log books, equipment cleaning & service records.
- Troubleshoots, repairs & maintains the dryer system, powder sifting & packing system.
- Adhere to all work-site safety and dryer safety rules and regulations.
- Operates and controls the spray dryer through HMI/Control panel and ensure uniform quality product is produced which conforms to the specifications & generates very less re-work.
- Conducting routine check and de-dusting of the dryer equipment.
- Responsible to ensure cleanliness in dryer area. Ensure all the program/procedures/practices are followed & executed effectively.
- Identify & communicate production bottleneck in order to maximize production capacity.
- Ensure FSMS is followed in dryer section and Products meet required specifications and legal standards.
PASTEURIZER OPERATOR
- BOLANGIR, ODISHA
- Preferably ITI Diploma, Min- Intermediate.
- 05 Years of Experience in Egg/Dairy Processing industry as a pasteurizer operator.
- Responsible for pasteurizer operation, monitoring of PRP/OPRP/CCP, cleaning (CIP/COP) & maintenance.
- Assist in repair and maintenance of process & pasteurizer equipment/instruments.
- Keeps/maintains the process and pasteurizer logbooks, equipment cleaning & service records.
- Troubleshoots, repairs & maintains the pasteurizer and CIP systems.
- Adhere to all work-site safety rules and regulations.
- Operates and controls the pasteurizer through SCADA and ensure uniform quality product is produced which conforms to the specifications & generates very less re-work.
- Conducting routine check and de-dusting of the process & pasteurizer equipment/instruments.
- Responsible to ensure cleanliness in pasteurizer area. Ensure all the program/procedures/practices are followed & executed effectively.
