Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Administration Officer specializing in Industrial Relations to manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and maintain a productive work environment. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, external agencies, and local authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to factory and field operations
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and safety standards
Coordinate with government departments, unions, and labor contractors
Maintain documentation related to employee attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory records
Support HR in conducting audits, training programs, and welfare activities
Assist in managing transport, security, housekeeping, and other support services
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources / Industrial Relations / Labor Law / Business Administration
3–5 years of relevant experience in administration or industrial relations, preferably in manufacturing or agro sectors
Strong knowledge of applicable labor laws and local compliance regulations
Proficient in MS Office and basic HR systems
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal abilities to manage on-ground teams and handle conflict
Familiarity with local language (Odia) is a strong advantage
Ability to work independently in remote/rural settings
