Role Objective
The International Sales Executive (Export Sales) will be responsible for developing and expanding international B2B markets for raw food ingredient products. The role focuses strictly on international sales within the Raw Food Ingredient Industry, handling export markets, customer acquisition, and managing end-to-end export sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
International Business Development
Identify and develop new international business opportunities for raw food ingredient products.
Generate and qualify global B2B leads within the food ingredient industry.
Expand the company’s presence in existing and emerging export markets.
B2B Export Sales
Manage international B2B sales strictly within Raw Food Ingredient Industries (No FMCG / finished consumer products).
Promote and propose raw ingredient products to food processing industries such as:
Bakery
Baby Food
Confectionery
Processed Food Manufacturers
Nutraceutical Industry
Export Sales Cycle Management
Handle the complete export sales lifecycle, including:
Customer enquiries
Product proposals
Price negotiations
Order confirmation
Sales follow-ups
Post-sales coordination
Export Documentation & Compliance
Prepare, verify, and manage export documentation including:
Commercial Invoices
Packing Lists
Certificate of Origin (COO)
Shipping Documents
Export Regulatory Compliance
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely export shipments.
Monitor order execution from order placement to final delivery.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international buyers, distributors, and channel partners.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations with overseas clients.
Market Intelligence
Monitor international market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand patterns.
Provide market insights to support business growth and product positioning strategies.
Global Representation
Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and global customer meetings when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education Qualification (Mandatory)
Candidates must have academic background in Food Science or Food Processing disciplines, such as:
B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology
B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Science
Dairy Technology
Agricultural Processing / Food Engineering
Food Processing Technology
Postgraduate Degree in Food Technology / Food Science
Candidates from Food Technology / Food Ingredient backgrounds will be strongly preferred as the role requires understanding of raw ingredient applications in food manufacturing industries.

Experience in launching or introducing new raw ingredient products to global food manufacturers
