Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Manager to own monthly closing, financial reporting, and compliance. This role will work closely with AR and AP teams to ensure accurate books, strong controls, and timely MIS for management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly closing (target: Day 5) including accruals, provisions, and reconciliations

• Prepare and review P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS reports

• Ensure accuracy of books by coordinating with AR and AP teams

• Maintain balance sheet integrity and clear old/open items

• Conduct variance, cost, and margin analysis

• Oversee GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

• Manage bank reconciliations and cash tracking

• Support audit processes and maintain proper documentation

• Drive process improvements and stronger financial controls

  
  

  
  

Required Skills & Qualification

Requirements

• CA (preferred) or equivalent qualification

• 3-8 years of experience in accounting/finance roles

• Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, and TDS

• Experience with ERP systems (Tally/SAP/Oracle)

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
